Miscommunication & charge money for privilage plan

Before 2 months I received call from ABN AMRO bank representative Regarding plan (privilage plan)

He says that he send browser's for that plan if I need, then I go to near branch of bank & submit the amount and the plan will work for me. After my bill statement received amount will deducted and I call on helpline for this matter that response the amount refunded me please confirm after three days now I am calling so many times for this complaint every time they said please confirm after three days but the three days doesnt comes for refund this amount. I need your help.
