I had applied for a hom loan from SBI, Kolkata one month back when they committed to procure the loan within 1 month. Now its been so many days, the executive is neither picking my call nor my file has been opened yet. They have kept my original agreement also. Nobody to bother to help the customers in SBI over that always ready to cheat people just to enjoy the processing fees.
