Out going calls are cut

Hi,

I m Pradipta having Mob. no 09311557793 is unabled for Outgouing Calls. Without informing me, My outgoing call was diconnected Yesterday even i m unable to called the Customer Care(*333). As i m not getting my Bill and My Address was not updated, i told the customer care regarding this issue. But Customer care was not taken care of my issue. So when i got call from your side regarding bill payment, i told all these issues. Still the problem is going on and the new issue is my outgoing call was cut. Please do the needful ASAP.
