I was purchase my mobie from Pakistan and i m working in jordan.my mobile got problem in plug in for charging, hand free adn deta cable.its conecting plug hole got defect. So i search in service book and i got your service center in Amman city center .i contact with them and approch them they correct my mobile but they demand for money while my mobile is under guaranty.i was bought just two month before, after reviewing my guaranty card they said this card is not vaild here these center are for Middle east only while at the front of center was written GOLOBLE.After discussion with them they did not receive money from me as service charges. But they said this is our fault that we did told you that we will charge form you on reciving this mobile so.
I will request you please increase your services world wide in this way your sale can increase and any body can purchase your product from any where.
