Dear sir,
Two months back I had given my Nokia Mobile N73 for repairing at Nokia care center at Faizabad road, lucknow. The mobile was under warranty and service engineer told that it can't be repaired under warranty because of water damaged.
I accepted the fact and asked them to repair it on pay basis. They replied that we will inform you after checknig that whether it can be repaired or not. I was in continuous follow up with this service center.
But tthey kept me waiting day by day and suddenly they told me that it can't be repaired.
When I took it to the market for repairing, shop person told me to check it in front of me so that any damage if any in mobile can be observed and identifed.
Unfortunately it was found that mobile display screen is damaged, its supporting jack was missing, ringer was changed, all the parts were not in the condition as they must be. Shop person had opened it in my front and doubted that somebody corrupted this mobile. Immediately i rushed to the Nokia Care center and informed them same.
I was highly disappointed that the service people were not at all interested in responding to my problem. Instead they blamed me for same, then i contacted Mr. Devesh tripathi (Office incharge) and got the display screen changed but rest of the things were not attended and changed.
My grievance is that people go to the service center in view that they will get best support and service as they are run by company itself. But now I think that this service center are left to GOD and no company is bothered in attending and resolving customer complaints.
I request that this forum should help me in getting justice since i doubt that my Mobile set has got more worse (irrepairable) due to careless handling and corruption done at service center for there own benefit.
