Reference: RECHARGE PREPAID MOBILE SERVICE

MY MOBILE NO.9819445788

I processed to RECHARGE my prepaid VODAFONE mobile account through (Citibank internet) on 16-Apr

Top-Up Charged Rs.324.00, Talktime Received Rs.223.25

Difference between charged amount & talktime = Rs.100.75

In Comparison of Prepaid done through a local vendor representing Vodafone

05-Jan Transaction ID: MU0755805613

Top-Up Charged Rs.198.00, Talktime Received Rs.176.22

Difference between charged amount & talktime = Rs.21.78

In comparison to both the above transactions, if I recharge through a local vendor the service tax/cost is equivalent to Rs.21.78 only, whereas through CITIBANK re-charge services I lost Rs.100.75??? Please explain how do you justify that we use this service. Please look into subject issue and update corrective measures.

When I complaint to CITIBANK ([email protected]) they have asked me to take up this issue directly.
