Recharge Coupoun Fraud

Hi,

I had recharged my phone three times with Freechare.in and i had selected the coupouns of equal denomination every time. To my surprise i have always recievd only 50 % of the choosen coupouns and not all. This is sheer cheating people.

Pls. look into this.
