Sub: Converting the Prepaid into Post paid

Dear Customer care

This is reference to the above I had applied to change my prepaid no to postpaid airtel no, and that was almost 7 days back. But I have not yet received the sim card & nobody has responded to me into this regard. I have already paid the deposit amount of Rs. 600 to Mr Rajesh from airtel mobile 9867047324 & there is no response from Mr. Rajesh also. Due to this i am very very unhappy about this kind of service from airtel I hope u will understand my problem & do the needful urgently.

Service dealer address is (Bharti Airtel Limited Peninsula Chambers, Ground Floor, G.K. Marg, Lower Parel).

Can I Accept positive response from airtel.
