I have bought Nokia 5610 in mobile store on 26.01.08 for Rs 12829 bill number/ inv.no MH/01337/00001/2625
5610 has shown very very poor performance since purchase and I decided to replace in mobile store and to buy new hand set in mobile store itself
But as told by mobile store in charge of Nasik Mr. Agarwal, that he will take it back only for Rs.4000. and further he can’t help me also
How mobile depreciation value became to 69 % in one year. – I have requested for at least 50 % depreciation value
This is really cheating, poor customer support experience for me with mobile store.
Being in a corporate I really want to take it up to consumer council court.
I again want to bring your notice that customers cannot be always cheated, and I am going make this awareness to all our mahindra group employees
