1. Prepration work for placing a mobile tower were started at plot no, 20 Ayuwan Singh Nagar, Durgapura, Jaipur in August 08. 1. A complaint was lodged with SDM and the SDM has enquired the matter through local police. The local police (Shiprapath Police Station has informed that the construction work was stopped for six months.
2. The residet of plot no 20 Smt. Poonam Yadav has started the foundation work despite of the above "Pabandi" on 20.12.08 which is contempt of law ful directions.
3. Your Co is fully involve in above act of the party and sent all the material required for erection of tower.
4. There is a court case pending in the matter with local court and next date of hereing is 13.01.09.Pl stop work immediately
