Refund Reference: ref# 1867115 for both

Amount to be refunded: Rs.21796/- out of which Rs. 10898/- have been refunded to us for onwards journey, but the refund for return journey is pending yet,

Kindly take a note that both the flights were of the same day and got cancelled due to technical reasons.hence, we should get a refund for both the onwards and return journey

Reason for refund: The flight got cancelled due to technical problems, hence we require the rfefund for both onwards and return journey.

The tickets have been booked through Yatra.Com

Hi,

This is to bring to your notice that we have a refund case pending since august Ref no # 1867115

We had booked tickets of Deccan Airlines

From Delhi to Dehradun PNR no 8296934 Flight DN-509 on 09 AUG

From Dehradun to Delhi PNR no 8296936 on 09 AUG throught YATRA online private limited.

For Name: Mr. Rajender Taneja and Mr. Sudeshkumar Bajaj

Both the tickets were cancelled as the flight got cancelled due to the technical problems at your end.

The person at the counter had cancelled the tickets and had only given the Ref no # 1867115, and confirmed a full refund.

But Yatra has not yet given us a refund stating that they would want the E- tickets stamped stating cancelled and full refund.

We have got the ticket PNR no 8269634 stamped from the counter of kingfisher Airlines,

but unfortunately we have misplaced the copy of other ticket PNR no 8296936 and your airline people are

not considering the same and giving us any correspondence for the cancellation. But both the tickets were cancelled as the flight got cancelled.

They are asking for a E--Mail confirmation of the cancellation from customer care and then will they give us in writing and stamp for

both the tickets that both were cancelled and we are suppose to get the refund for both the tickets.

We feel harrassed as for a small issue we have been running around airports and calling your customer care.

Kindly consider the matter and get it resolved at the earliest.
