I had booked for a new connection, till date i dint get the letter of issue . i went to the company (MOHANIL GAS SERVICE) two times, 1st i went the lady who use to book the connection was on OFF, then next day i went i said very respectfully mam i dint get the letter please see to it, she replied we having a closing so i cant then i said i came yesterday also she yes me was on off and now also i am going. She use to talk very rudely " she says like dis ha ha abhi nahe hoga kal aana "she is not at all effecint for this job...
