Bad behaviour of DTC bus Conductu

I am a research Scholar in the Jamia Millia Islamia, yesterday I took an AC bus No. DL1P C9243 (Melenium Depot-II) of route no. 440 from andrewsgunj to New Delhi railway station, Although it is an AC bus but the driver switch off the AC when i complaint to him conductor start misbehaving me, shouted and use abusive language to me when i was asked about the complaint book he did not give it to me and said that he has no complaint book. He told his name Manoj and the bus belong to Melenium Depot-II. I want that strong action should be taken by DTC official against such conductor which has no manner and they plying on their own norms.
