Forget bsnl boardband password

Hello sir.

My self manoj khandelwal my number is 0141-2373240, befoew 7-8 days i complained that i missed my bsnl boardband password .but call centre employee said to me they will revart back..but they didnt reply back.i called many time on 1500, but didnt get satifactory answer from ur call centre employee.they was showiing that thay have work only attand the customer call..dts it.

So pls slove my problem as soon as possible.
