At first place, I don't understand who has given these people an authorization to run a "Lending Home". These people are pathetic with absolutely no co ordiantion and communication amonsgt themselves. I guess they should be given intensive training on what "Customer Service" really is!
My mortgage loan was disbursed for a higher amount than what I requested. When I requested for a lower amount and a lower tenure I was informed that the loan is already disbursed. It can't be changed. I acn withdraw but at the expense of paying 5% penalty on the disbursed amount. I had no choice but to take the loan.
To make things worse, my check was handed over to me on 8th Feb and my first EMI was represented on 1st Feb leaving me to pay the Insufficient Funds charges of Rs.350.
And ever more pathetic thing is that they have represented a different check for the same EMI amount again on 12th Feb without even informing me which left the check to be returned again, costing me another Rs 350.
Do these people even know what they are doing?
I am going to teach these people a lot of things.By the meantime, all of you take care and "DO NOT BUILD ANY RELATIONSHIP WITH THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO PUNISH YOURSELF."
