Claim settled but amount not credited

I have filed my claim a year back. I received EPF amount by ECS in My bank account on 20/04. The PF amount is not showing at all. When I enquire with the concerned officer Mr. Jagtap (Mob.9371019228), he is only confirming that the claim is settled.

2/3 time I have followed for the amount but they are only asking me to meet personaly.

Please help.
