Non payment of Fixed deposit

I had deposit a sum of Rs 15000/- on 03.06.2002 vide fixed deposit recipt no DELDX00026N. tHE SAID FIXED DEPOSIT WAS MATURED ON 03.06.2003. SINCE THEN SO MANY REMINDER WERE FILED BUT PAYMENT IS NOT RECIVED. A COMPLAINT WAS ALSO FILED WITH CONSUMER DISPOSAL REDERSAL FORUM BUT ALL VAIN . TILL DATE I AM LOOKING FOR MATURITY AMOUNT.
