I submit my PF form since last two monthes but the amout is not credited in my account My PF A/C No. is PL/11028/9041

I leave the company on 30th April and submit my PF form on 19th june but till now the amount is not credited in my account. My PF A/C No. is PL/11028/9041.

So pls. take necessary action as soon as possible.
