#59, 3rd Cross, 515 Colony, New Tippasandra, Bangalore 560075.
Near to our house site No.59 is under construction. Looks like they are building a commercial complex, surprisingly they got license for a commercial building in residential area. Somehow till now we managed to live in the noise, dust, vehicles parking (as they used to block roads most of the time), sand lorries... now a new problem is come up.
Probably due to low real estate market, the building is empty for quite sometime now, more than 6 months. Due to rain, water is collected in the basement of the empty building and it is become heaven for mosquitoes. People living in the surrounding houses are not able to manage the problem of mosquitoes. Infact from past one week the number of mosquitoes is gone up so much, even after applying mosquito repellants at home, within half a day they come back and reoccupy. Our request to the building owner is gone to deaf ears. In this time of SWINE flu spreading across the city, it is so disturbing to know, rich people (builder -who would have spent few crores into the building) are not at all bothered.
My sincere request please spray some chemicals to get rid of mosquitoes and instruct the building owner to keep premises clean.
