Very bad customer service

Sir,

I have given my mobile phone MOTOROKR E6 for service to motoassist reddington india ltd the company authorised service centre on 23/06/09 and after a week i was told the software has to be reformatted and some other minor repairs r to be done and the cost would approx be 1200/-.After giving confirmation they have been giving excuses for the last 5 days and i am not been given delivery of my handset. Today they have told me that they have not done the repair yet and nobody gives me an exact status of my handset. Very poor service and we do not get any assistance. My work order no: EG/MO/09/02106.THERIR CONTACT NUMBERS ARE 044-43508298/28207498.this is the service centre at Egmore, CHENNAI.PLEASE HELP.
