Dear Sir/Madam
I had given my motorola E6 mobile Essem communications #91/92, Hemachandra complex, 7th main, 4th block, jayanagar, Bangalore-560011 for requesting them to check the problem with my mobile. After two days they had misleaded me to buy a new battery and then it would be working fine. I bought a new battery outside and found that the problem is not with battery and the old battery is also working fine. When i went to the service center and showed them the proof that the problem is not with battery then those people are telling that there is a problem with charging port. But iam not bothered about that, though the people found themselves wrong still they are arguing with me that battery is the problem
