Service Received At Motorola Showroom In Sec 18 Noida

I bought a Motorola Motorazr v8 last year in december. Within just a few days the flip started getting stuck. Eventually something started going wrong with the software and the graphics also. The camera is blurred. Messages get deleted automatically. I press something and something else pops up.

I took my Phone to a motorola service center is Sector 18 Noida. They told me that they would not repair the outer body of it and it is not covered in warranty. They kept it to repair the other things. Next day I get a call from them that the moisture level in the phone is too high and is not covered in warranty. The phone has never been dropped or gotten wet even once.

Anyway I went to collect it and firstly the treatment by the staff was extremely rude. They refused to return it saying the shop is closed. When I finally got it from them they had scratched the phone from the flip. They refused to own it. I was so put off I took my phone and came out. Realizing I had left my receipt with them i went back in within 2 minutes. They could not find it. Finally the person gets it and its all put together with tape.

The manager of the showroom was extremely rude and refused to agree to his and his staffs mistakes.

I am not left with a phone in warranty which started troubling within days of getting it. And is in worse condition because of the service center people.

IF nothing is covered in warranty then what is warranty for? What do I do?
