My self Heera Singh Shahi. I had given my Motorola phone (Motoroker E6) which was under warranty for service on 23rd of May to Jamshedpur servive centre of Motorola Address :-

the work order number is JX/MO/09/00416.they promised to give the phone wiyhin 15 days.
the service centre is telling that phone is given to chennai centre & dispatched to Jamshedpur centre on 8th of june . but I still not get the phone till now. If I will not get the phone soon. I will go to the Consumer Court & strictly I will publish the harrassment to customers given by Motorola services in newspapers.
