I resingned from Mott MAcdonald Consultants india pvt. ltd.and submitted my pf form in september. My A/C no is MH/ I was with the company for 20 months and initial 2-3months pf was deposited to UP Pf office A/C and later to mumbai PF office A/C. I was told that they r transferring UP Pf to mumbai PF office which was done and submitted to bandra PF office on 18th August. its more then 2 1/2 month after submitting my Up PF A/c transfer from UP office to bandra PF office but still I have not received my PF cheque. My A/c no. is MH/48318/20 and GR. No. 6.
When I check with my HR dept of my company they say they have clear and submitted all relevant document from there side to Bandra PF office.
I had been frustrated and going to launch suit against PF department for mentally harassing me on this issue as it has been more then 14months I have left my organization and not received my PF.
