Payment made but no eticket

I have booked etkt from bangalore to chenai for14/10/08 on13/10/08 at15.20through SBM debit card and the payment for the same has been debited to my account. but i could not printout also this tkt is not available in booked ticket history. as i have to take up the journey tomarrow (14-10-08).pls do the needful at the earliest
