Dear Sir,

Re: Wrong bill made on 21/07 in Consumer No. 32445302-602190.

I have come across that while taking meter reading on 21/07, meter reader Mr. P.R.Gawande has taken current unit as 22797 whereas the current unit showing in meter is 23018.

In earlier month also there was a huge amount paid by me.

I now request you to please instruct your field functionaries to take correct billing instead of wrong billing. You will also be agree that if the actual unit is not considered while taking the bill, the major portion of excess unit will shift to next month, which will cost me higher than the present month.

In view of the above I request you to please correct the present bill so that the actual amount can be paid by me and the burden of rest unit may not fall in the next month’s billing.
