EXTREME DELAY IN SERVICE AND REPAIRS

I HAVE GIVEN MY YAMAHA FAZER FOR SERVICE AND REPAIR TO MP MOTORS ON 11TH OF AUGUST AND IT HAS NOT BEEN REPAIRD YET. THE MAIN PARTS TO BE REPAIRED IN MY BIKE WAS THE FIBER PARTS LIKE THE TAIL LAMP UNIT AND THE REMAINING FIBER PARTS OF THE BODY. I KEEP CALLING THEM IN EVERY 3 DAYS TO CHECK THE PROGRESS OF THE WORK BEING DONE AND I KEEP GETTING THE SAME REPLY STATING THAT THE PARTS WHICH WERE ORDERED HAVE NOT BEEN RECIEVED YET. IT HAS BEEN 2 MONTHS NOW THAT THE PARTS HAVE BEEN ORDERED AND I GET REPLY FROM THE COMPANY THAT THEY HAVE NOT YET RECIEVED THE PARTS FROM YAMAHA ITSELF. IF YAMAHA DOES NOT HAVE THE PARTS OF ITS OWN BIKE NOW THEN Y DID THEY EVEN LAUNCH THAT BIKE WHICH COST ME 50000/- RUPEES OF UTTER RUBBISH. PLEASE HELP ME OUT WITH SORTING THIS PROBLEM WITH THE COMPANY AND ITS FRANCHISE BECAUSE I DONT KNOW AS TO WHEN WILL THEY FINALLY GET THE PARTS AND REPAIR MY BIKE
