Today (16/02) I have done an online transaction to purchase a ticket on 5074 Purvanchal Exp from Kolkata to Muzaffarpur boarding at Kolkata. I have done this through SBI online gateway. The balance has deducted from my account but I have not received the ticket on my mail.
