Dear sir,

with due respect i want to inform you that i used to work for a reputed construction company M/s. Afcons Infrastructure Ltd. from where i opted v.r.s on 13.02.2008. However from the company i recieved a c.c copy of the application letter that was sent along with all the forms and proofs to the regional P.F. Commissioner, kandivali (west) dated on 09 july.sir, my P.F.A/c. NO. is MH-4803-1259 Group No.:28. sir, i was informed by my company that i would recieve my E.P.F settelements within three months from 09th july however i have not recieved anything till today neither i have heard of any progress on this matter from my company.hope you would look into this matter as i would be very much oblised if you do so.
