Request for PF A/C Name change a/c no MH/45999/359

I have submitted my PF withdrawal forms to my previous company MSC Agency India Pvt Ltd, Mumbai, and they have sent it to the EPF, Bandra office.

This is to draw your kind attention that my P.F A/c no – MH/45999/359 at Bandra Office has an error with the First name for which an application has been already filed by the Employer MSC Agency India Pvt. Ltd – Mumbai.

The change required is in the first name from Nishi Vij to Nidhi Vij which was a typological error.

Thus, you are kindly requested to do the necessary changes in the name.
