I undersigned Mr Ashish Joshi is working for Cipla Ltd. We as Cipla are having thousand connections of Vodafone along with Blackberry service.
I have purchase Blackberry Bold 9000 handset on 21/9 from Vodafone store - S.V Road Andheri (west) and immediately after 7 days i got this serious problem that handset is not getting charged. Also from day one the back panel is loose.
I have handed over my handset to Vodafone store - Andheri (west) on 28/9/09 immediately but till date i have not received any feedback on the same. Neither i was offered a standby handset.
Since we are prime customer of Vodafone & Blacberry we definitely do not expect such type of respone from your team.
We would appreciate immediate response on this issue.
