Subject:-Regarding "FREQUNT DISCONNECT OF NET" Broadband connection...
Further Details are mention below regarding broadband connection...
Name:- Tejas Solanki
Broadband number:-[265-1000-121, date-10/06/09, {old connection}]
second net connection [broadband number:-265-1000-130,
date:-20/07/09, {second connection still running}]
Actully we have many problem with these connection which as below.
1.disconnect at every 15 minutes...
2.we have to refresh every 15 minutes...
3.so much stucking problem...
4.net connection does not work continusly moer thea 15 minutes
to solve these problems we already apporchaed your customer center, but regaerad to state that no responce was given to us complains.
since last 2 months we sufferd lot u kind request to look into the meter and help us at the earliest.
if you have not take steps again that then plz helo remove your connection . because now we are suffered lot still last 2 months
