Cheque Not got

I submitted my application for withdrawal of Provident Fund to the appropriate authorities (Office of Regional Provident Fund Commissioner, Bangalore) on 24th November. I was an employee of ABS India Pvt. Ltd, Koramangalam, Bangalore and submitted my application for withdrawal of PF since I left my job in September. My Provident Fund A/c no is KN/19451/430.

This is to inform you that my cheque mentioned below.

Now the matter is that i have check my account details there is no amount deposited of this amount in my amount.

Kindly help me out to get my amount i will be very helpful.
