Experience with M/s fairdeal cars pvt. ltd. Shahdara was pathetic (14-10-08)
I bought a car from fairdeal cars pvt. ltd. Shahdara New Delhi in 2007 and got the RC of the vehicle near about after an year that too with lot of struggle. I would suggest people not to buy vehicles from this dealer as my worst experience with them was there customer service. When I bought the vehicle I was informed, I would receive the RC within a month but somehow the same was lost by them and whenever I went to confirm they used to give me blunt answers. I think there main problem is changing of staff and management within a month of their joining, regarding my case I have been talking to near about 5 or 6 managers who used to give me the assurance that my problem would be solved but in the next month I would come to know that the person concerned have left the job and I would have to repeat my story to the new person appointed and same procedure was followed and the end I got my RC after an year.
Now again I am in a situation of dealing with these people which I never want. The insurance of my vehicle was done by them and it is known as Maruti insurance. I was informed by Fairdeal that for any problem I have to contact them and they would handle the matter themselves as it is a Maruti insurance. But today when I called Fairdeal regarding a stolen case issue, they asked me to contact National Insurance Company rather they helping me up with this matter. I do not understand is this what they call customer service and above all the worst part is that they don’t keep their promises which are not at all acceptable. I would suggest everyone if you do not want to make your life miserable do not ever get in touch with Fairdeal and I would also like to bring this matter to Maruti that they should not give their dealerships to such people who never want to help customers but only want to make money because at the end of the day it would affect Maruti.
