I have submitted an application on 2nd sep 09 for conversion of a card No 9881144225 from postpaid to prepaid. I have given application to your CIDCO, AURANGABAD franchise they asked me a give a pan card xerox. Though I had given it with application. Then they asked for address proof. that also I had given. Again they asked Pan card xerox this time a reason was the previous xerox was of front side & not of a back side. You may see any pancard it only mention the instructions of missing. That also had given secondly. When I asked the person there he replied in such a brutal manner that is not at all expected from any service provider company. Above all this I have register a written complaint to the IDEAS incharge Mr. Prasanna Bhansali I am pesting the letter I have sent to him till date there is no reply from him. If a corporate customer like us is being pained this much, I can feel how the common customers must be getting harashment from IDEA.
FOLLOWING IS THE LETTER I HAVE WRITTEN TO THE INCHARGE AT AURANGABAD MAHARASHTRA.
Dear Mr. Bhansali,
This refers to the telecon we had yesterday about the services & the threatful behaviour I faced from your collegue. I am very much updset after getting the reply from your person in such a brutal manner. I am more surprised, that till moment the work has not been completed.
How can your person takes 21 days just to transfer a postpaid connection to prepaid & above that till this moment (i.e. 23 Sep. 09) it has not been done (your boy left a card at my residence at 11.30 am today with message that the card is yet to start). I am forced to put you this complaint in writing & expecting reply.
You told me yesterday evening that within 10 minutes you will be replying me about the matter. With regret I confirm that I haven't received just a call from anybody.
Take this as my written complaint.
Be assure that I am forced to put the same to the the IDEA Offices at Pune & Mumbai, if unanswered.
