Refund of my Payment

Dear Sir/Mam,

This is to inform You that i have Purchased a agreement (Holiday Tours Agreement No: GCV-319 .Dtd:11/9) from Gold Crown Vaccations Pvt Ltd.

I have deposited Rs.20, 000/- by Cheque as advance (Chq. No. 179246 dtd: 11/09) & the amt. was cleared from my Account on 13/09.

Now till date i have not received any Correspondence from them, Also they Commited me that they will give free Tour which i have not got till date & when i asked for my Payment Back they are not giving proper response & keep on Delaying.

Sir/mam Pls help me to get my payment Back.
