We had sent three original share certificates along with duly filled in Share Transfer Form for transfer of 500 shares of Mahindra and Mahindra Financial Services Ltd in the name of Mr. Balbir Singh Yadav and Sheela Yadav on 26th May to M/s Karvy Compuershare Pvt Ltd. Hyderabad. These shares were originally in the name of my daughter Nisha Singh & wife Mrs. Sheela Yadav (Regd. Folio No. MMFS 412). I had affixed Stock Transfer Stamps worth Rs, 370 on the Stock Transfer Form. The details of certificates along with distinctive numbers are as below:
1) 685 (3900246 – 3900445) – 200 shares
2) R 95 - 908 (7377427 - 7377626 ) - 200 shares
3) B 96 - 1535 (9794048 - 9794147 ) – 100 shares
I regret to note that I have not heard from M/s Karvy Computershare any thing so far in this regard. I even contacted the person concerned Mr. Ajnehia telephonically but he also did not give any satisfactory reply. He took my contact number to inform me the status but I have not heard from him in this regard till date. I have also sent a reminder last week. Kindly take up the matter with the company.
