Sir,
I am a customer of above mentioned gas services & my customer no. is 46034. I have make a booking for refiling on 04/09 through customer care. Almost 12 days passes but I have not receive the same. On enquiery over telephone they told it will take more time to deliver.
In this situation my question is if a booking is made after 21 days of delivery of a cylinder (this rule is make by them) and after booking it will take 2 or 2.5 weeks to deliver what will do a single cylinder holder?
Please look after the matter.
