I have received a letter from chief area officer, Marketing division: Indane Area Office. 500 Anna salai, Teynampet, CHENNAI - 600018
This letter had Customer History Card enclosed. The information mentioned in this are fake and I haven't booked cylinder for 7 times and received the same in the year 2008 as mentioned in the customer history card.
The below are the dates in which the cylinders are delivered to me.

This agency M/s M.V. ENTERPRISES, Avadi, Chennai - 600 054 are responding to the customers properly like most of the time to book when I ring up them either line could be busy or they won't pick up the call. Even this day I tried calling them but I am not able to book it.
