Refusing for LPG Cylinder Supply

I went to agency on 25th Dec-08 for Booking of Gas Cylinder.at that time I apply for booking and the booking clerk has reply me that -First you have to compoulsary chagne your LPG accessorie Like- Tubes, Valves, Nozel, Stove Stand etc.& all should be purchased from us & all services should be taken from us. The agency has shown me some high cost for new Accessories. Like - the Jet of Stove- Market cost Rs.10/- (ISI) Agency cost Rs.140/-

How can I affort this High Cost?

I have servicing my stove at every 2 months by Local gas service nereby to my residence.

Agency has refused my claim and reply me that- if you will not agreed with us then we will not supply the cylinder.

In this setuation Plz.reply me for fulfil my LPG Cylinder Needs.
