Amount deducted from saving a/c without being booked

On the day 17 nov amt. INR 5, 325 has been debited from my salary a/c no.027501514718.

But fact is that i haven't booked any ticket on that perticular date or in last 3 month.

Also i am having only debit card of ICICI bank. So no matter of booking e-ticket online.

Bank ststements also showing the same.

pl. do the needful.
