I have booked a complaint about my desktop for it's slow working, i have booked the complaint (No. 20091119013023643 dated 19.11.09) they have promise to solve my problem with in 24hours, but after 48hours there is no visit and no feedback, now 2days is holiday at dell, at it will be done on Monday (23rd November). In this computer world it is difficult to survive four days without a computer.
Hope dell team should take a hard step against this problems
