I had booked a cylinder on 03/03/09 and till date the delivery has not been made. I am put to great inconvenience due to this lackadaisical attitude of the agency. They are very arrogant in their speech when any query is made to them. I had thought that gas distribution is a public service oriented agency but as things stand it seems as though the relation is just the opposite. They feel as if they are doing a big service to the consumers by giving delivery. You are kindly requested to look into the matter and do the needful to ensure that prompt and quick delivery is made. At the age of 85 years if I am put to so much trouble for a simple thing as delivery of gas I think there is something seriously wrong with the whole system.
