I have booked my gas connection on 08/10 from indane gas service M/S Ravi enterprises kakadev Kanpur. The booking no was 2971 as per office information. Till date 22/10 they have not supplied the gas. On 22/10 they have told bokking no.1841 was deleivered kindly look in the matter how can is possible after lapse of 14 days booking is pending.
