Discretionary trading by broker in my account

M/s R R Equity brokers pvt. ltd did huge amount of trding in my account while i was hospitalised. They never sent me any contract notes / ledgers of my account and took advantage of my illness to make brokerage money. We compalined to nse later but the arbitrator said that why did we complain after 4 months and gave decision in R R Equity brokers favour. I seek help as to how to bring this cheater broker to task
