SUB: NON SUBMISSION OF PRICE LIST & DEALER
CERTIFICATE AFTER REPEATED REQUESTS
It is intimated that, my Battalion (161 Bn BSF) had purchased various spare parts of our Govt. vehicles (Maruti Gypsy) from following Maruti spare parts dealers namely
a) M/S Sethi Automobile Co., Dimapur, C/O North East Motors Pvt Ltd, AT Road, Guwahati (Assam) during 05,
b) Harnam Motor Corp., AT Road, Guwahati, Assam during 2006.
2. But the "PRICE LIST" and "AUTHORISED DEALER CERTIFICATE" were not provided by the above firms to this Unit alongwith the bills. However, all the bills were cleared on time but the aforesaid firms did not forward the copy of "PRICE LIST" (for 2005 & 2006) and "AUTHORISED DEALER CERTIFICATE" which are very essential documents for Audit purpose.
3. You are therefore, requested to kindly direct above firms to forward above mentioned documents to this Battalion at our following address:-
