We have given 100% payment for our ownership flat at "SHAH TOWERS" 3, Tiljala Lane, Kolkata-19 and registered. But, M/s Shah Construction, 3 Tiljala Lane Kolkata-19, the vendor, is neither completing left-over work of the building nor giving Completion Certificate for which we are unable to take over our building for engaging security personal and other common activity. We are in threat of safety, security, peace & tranquility. We have given joint appeal to Vendor so many times, but they are not resposding.
In view of above, we are requested to solve our problem.
