Non receipt of monthly Family Pension since Jan

Sir,

This refers to the subject mentioned above. While pursuing the matter my banker concerned hs already forwarded various reminders in prescribed format (i.e. Life Cert, though not applicable in my case) to the Rgnl PF Comm., Nagpur. However unfortunately there is no use of it as still I hv not received my MFP. I do'nt know still how long I will hv to wait for no reason to get my MFP regularly. May I hope to get the same at the soonest possible before I take up the matter to the appropriate higher authorities? Looking forward to receive necessary co-op'n in the matter. Regards,
