Dear Sir,

I wish to draw the following facts for your kind information and necessary action:-

It may please be noted that I had submitted all the related papers viz Pension scheme (Form-10C & D) etc to your office at the time of my retirement

Since I am residing at kolkata, I was unable to contact your office constantly.

Till date I am not being started to receive my monthly pension regularly instead of completing all the formalities long back. You are requested to kindly send the applicable pension regularly in my Account 8 You are requested to kindly look into the matter and arrange to send the applicable pension amount at the earliest.

It would be highly appreciated if you could help me to overcome the financial burden of this old age.
