Talking bad words with passengers

I was travelling from poonamalle to tambaram in the bus no: TN 01 N 4359 the bus conductor dint came and ask for the ticket so i was sitting idly and after sometime i itself went and asked for the ticket but he refused to give the ticket by tellin the reason that 5 stages have gone also he is scolding me in bad words so kindly take the action on that bus conductor.
